Terms of Sale

1. Company Details
These terms apply to all vehicle sales made by Carzio Group Ltd, company number 17145203, registered at 1 Ashfield House, Ashfield Road, Cheadle, SK8 1BB. VAT number available on request.
2. Vehicle Descriptions
All vehicle descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Vehicles are described based on information available at time of listing. Minor discrepancies may exist. We recommend all buyers inspect vehicles in person prior to purchase.
3. Pricing
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price agreed at point of sale is the binding price. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
4. Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the sale. Full payment must be made prior to or at handover. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and approved finance. We do not accept cash payments above the legal limit.
5. HPI & Vehicle History
All vehicles are HPI checked prior to sale. Results are available on request. We take all reasonable steps to ensure vehicles are free from outstanding finance, theft markers, or write-off categorisations. Buyers should satisfy themselves by reviewing the HPI report provided.
6. Warranty
All vehicles are sold with a minimum 3-month mechanical warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms and exclusions will be provided in writing at point of sale. Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, consumables, or damage caused by misuse.
7. Part Exchange
Part exchange valuations are valid for 7 days and subject to inspection at time of handover. The final valuation may be revised if the condition of the part exchange vehicle differs materially from the information provided at time of initial valuation.
8. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Vehicles must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a fault arises within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, we have the right to attempt one repair before a refund or replacement is offered.
9. Finance
Finance is arranged through third-party lenders. Carzio Group Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status and the lender's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions of finance providers.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
